Job Description

Role Summary:

To assist the Ecommerce Coordinator with the running of our online shops through product listing and/ or packing and dispatching.

Hours and Location:

The online shop operates from our Furniture shop in Hexham, Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm. Typically, our volunteers cover either a morning or an afternoon shift (approximately 4 hours). 

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for people from all walks of life, be it a student or young person looking to enhance their knowledge, a retired person who wants to give a little of their time and socialise with others.  We’re also keen to help people looking to get in to a structured routine in preparation for their future career. As a product lister, basic IT skills is beneficial and organisational skills is beneficial for dispatchers.

Training and Support:

You will be working alongside the Ecommerce Coordinator. You will also be supported by the Retail Operations Manager. We will provide you with ongoing training and regular updates during your time with us.
